BPC-157
Read the findings & sources
Preclinical evidenceA rat Achilles-tendon injury experiment reported improved tendon strength, functional measures and collagen organization with BPC-157 compared with controls. A separate study in rat tendon fibroblasts found increased growth-hormone receptor expression. Together, these findings explain interest in tissue-repair signaling, but neither study demonstrates healing, pain relief or safety in people or dogs.
GHK-CU
Read the findings & sources
Preclinical evidenceA preclinical wound-healing study found greater collagen and extracellular-matrix accumulation with GHK-Cu. A separate preclinical study of topical GHK-Cu in irradiated skin tissue did not find improved blood-vessel or healing-related measures under its statistical criteria. These results concern specific experimental models; they do not demonstrate that an injectable preparation improves skin appearance or heals wounds in humans.
TB-500
Read the findings & sources
Preclinical evidenceThe name TB-500 can refer to different materials. Research on full-length thymosin beta-4 found directional migration of cultured human endothelial cells, which line blood vessels. This supports investigation of actin-related cell movement and tissue biology. It does not establish injury recovery in humans or dogs. The name TB-500 is also used for a shorter fragment, so full-length and fragment findings must remain separate.
The sources above examine individual constituents or related molecules. They do not test this exact combination. A combined effect, improved recovery or greater safety cannot be inferred by adding the individual findings together.
