Preclinical evidence

A preclinical wound-healing study found greater collagen and extracellular-matrix accumulation with GHK-Cu. A separate preclinical study of topical GHK-Cu in irradiated skin tissue did not find improved blood-vessel or healing-related measures under its statistical criteria. These results concern specific experimental models; they do not demonstrate that an injectable preparation improves skin appearance or heals wounds in humans.
